Uncover the Magic of Your Progress

Hey there,

It’s Summertime!

We are halfway through the year.

And, You’ve made so much progress,

but you’re probably so caught up in the tasks of daily life,

that you forget to appreciate how far you’ve come.

That’s why it’s a great time to take a moment to reflect on your journey.

That’s why today, I want to take you on a little journey down memory lane.

Think back to where you were a few months ago, or even a couple of years back.

Remember those early challenges, the obstacles you overcame and how different things looked back then?

Now, look at where you are now. It's quite the transformation, isn't it?

Let this visual be your reminder that progress isn’t just about the big leaps,

but also the small, steady steps taken overtime.

See, life is like a mountain, where each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to the top,

or a new viewpoint.

Sometimes, the path might be steep and tough,

but every step forward counts.

Today, I invite you to take some time to enjoy the view!

How?

I like to ask myself these questions:

1.      What gave me energy?

2.      What drained my energy?

3.      What did I not do because of fear?

4.      What did I learn?

5.      What did I accomplish?

6.      What made me proud?

7.      What do I want more of?

8.      What do I leave behind?

Take a moment everyday to ask yourself these type of questions and make it a daily practice.

Here’s why it’s so important:

  • Motivation: Realizing how far you’ve come fuels your drive to keep moving forward. It's like having a trail of achievements behind you.

  • Confidence: Seeing your growth over time boosts your confidence. If you’ve made it this far, imagine what you can achieve in the future!

  • Gratitude: Appreciating your journey gives you a sense of gratitude. It’s like having a highlight reel of your achievements.

So today, and every single day,

especially when you’re stuck, sad or disappointed about your progress,

take a moment to reflect on your journey.

Think about the skills you’ve developed, the goals you’ve achieved, and the person you’ve become after all this time.

Celebrate your resilience, growth, and determination.

You’ve come a long way, and that’s something to be incredibly proud of!

Cheers,

Loes
