Stop overthinking and create clarity with the power of Visual Thinking.

Hi there,

Do you ever find yourself stuck in a loop of overthinking?

That feeling when your thoughts are swirling around, but you can't quite make sense of them?

We've all been there. You're trying to solve a problem or find clarity, but instead, it feels like you're just going in circles.

It’s kind of like having an overstuffed garage.

You know you have useful things in there—somewhere—but it's all jumbled together, and you can’t even begin to sort through it.

Your thoughts work the same way. If you keep everything in your head, it’s impossible to see what’s useful, what’s clutter, and what can lead to a solution.

Today's perspective shift on Problem Solving Like a Pro:

The garage Sale Principle

explaining what visual thinking does to our brain. The left picture is our thought process inside our brain, liek a stuffed garage,. But when you externalize our thoughts, lay it all out, like in a garage sale, we see the connections and possible solutions.

Now, think about what happens during a garage sale.

You pull everything out. You lay it all out in front of you, and suddenly, you see what you actually have. You start grouping items together, realizing you don’t need five hammers or that old tent you’ve been keeping “just in case.”

When everything is arranged in front of you, you make sense of it, get rid of what’s unnecessary, and organize what’s valuable.

This is exactly what happens when you take your thoughts out of your head and map them out visually.

Instead of swirling around in a chaotic loop, you start to see patterns and connections.

You can finally see what you’re working with—and that’s where real clarity and solutions begin to emerge.

So, How to Problem Solve Like a Pro?

(Over)thinking vs. Visual Thinking:

When you're just thinking:

  • Thoughts stay jumbled: Just like that cluttered garage, everything feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to separate what’s important.

  • You feel stuck: Without a clear view, it’s tough to know where to start.

  • Solutions seem distant: You end up focusing on the mess, missing the connections that could lead to real progress.

When you map it out:

  • Your thoughts become clear: Laying everything out visually is like arranging your garage sale—it helps you see what’s there and make sense of it all.

  • You gain perspective: With all your thoughts organized, you notice patterns and connections you couldn’t see when they were tangled up in your mind.

  • Solutions emerge: The clarity from visual mapping helps you focus on what’s important, and you start connecting the dots to solve your problem.

If you’re thinking, I need more of that clarity in my life, you’re not alone!

This is exactly why I created my Visual Thinking course. In this course, you'll learn how to take those jumbled thoughts and ideas out of your head and organize them visually—like setting up your own mental garage sale. Once you lay it all out, you’ll be surprised by how quickly things make sense.

How Visual Thinking Can Help You Think More Clearly:

  1. Capture Your Ideas: Just like sorting through your garage, visual thinking helps you pull out your thoughts and organize them in a way that makes sense.

  2. See the Big Picture: Instead of getting lost in the mess, you’ll zoom out and start to see how all the pieces connect.

  3. Problem-Solve More Effectively: With everything laid out visually, solutions that seemed distant or hard to reach suddenly become clear.

You don’t have to stay stuck in the clutter of overthinking. Whether you’re trying to tackle a big project, refine a business idea, or just untangle your own thoughts, visual thinking can help you get there.

So why not give yourself permission to lay it all out, organize your thoughts, and make sense of it all?

I’d love for you to join me in this journey and discover the power of visual thinking for yourself!
