Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation and payment: All session bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment. Payment must be made through the designated online payment platform, and no reservations will be held without payment. 2. Refund and cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for session bookings that are part of a package or plan. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the client's or providers attendance, the session will be rescheduled at the discretion of Linesbyloes. Rescheduling can be done 24-hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval and can only be done once. Refunds will be issued for stand alone sessions, under the condition that the cancellation request for refund is done within 24hrs after booking. For this you can send an email to linesbyloes@gmail.com 3. Session duration: The session duration is fixed as specified in the booking details. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the session time. Clients are responsible for managing their time accordingly. 4. Session details: The content and activities of the session are outlined in the booking description. Any specific requests or preferences must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval by the management.
